Mr. Bunion: I've got a lot of good friends that would only be too glad to help me, and instead of sitting here worrying myself sick, I am going to call on them. Yep!
/
Boy: Mr. Coin is out of the city. He went on a business trip, yes, sir!
Mr. Bunion: Huh! Um! Well that's too bad! I wanted to see him, quite badly, uh! I'll go and call on Mr. Cash. Yes, thanks!
/
Mr. Cash: Yes. I've been laid up some time. I don't expect to ever cure this rheumatism.
Mr. Bunion: I'm very sorry to see you in this fix. I'm on my way to see my friend Mr. Currency, and just dropped in to see you.
/
Mr. Bunion: Is Mr. Currency in? Eh! Eh! Yes, Oh! Ah! Um!
[Phone] Mr. Currency is so mixed up in this insurance scandal that his arrest has occurred, he is now locked up, but, of course, they can't keep him there-- you know that! No! They can't but they are!
/
Woman: Mr. Mazoom has skipped out, the papers are full of it! Didn't you read? He and my little daughter couldn't agree and Lor' knows where the miserable wretch is hiding!
Mr. Bunion: That's too bad! I was on my way to see Mr. Bonds and thought to just call in. Yes!
/
Mr. Bonds: Our auto was traveling at the rate of a mile a minute when it happened. I'm all busted to pieces.
Mr. Bunion: Well! Well! I'm very sorry to hear of this, hum!
/
Mr. Bunion: Oh! There's Mr. Sheckles and he has a "bun" on, so I can't see him at this time. I'll go and see Mr. Collateral.
/
Mr. Bunion: Is, eh, Mr. eh--
Man: Speak low and soft Mr. Collateral has just been operated on for appendicitis and while the operation was a big success, the reviving of the patient is being attend with much difficulty, sir, yes.
